The new shingles installed around the chimney flashing and cricket will be the best possible color match. However, it is unlikely they will be an exact match to your current shingles due to variations in aging and manufacturing.

Upon completion of the full work proposal, a lifetime warranty is provided for the flashing and custom chimney cap. A 10-year warranty is offered for the water repellent products applied.

To keep the warranty active, an inspection of the fireplace and chimney is required at least once every calendar year.
